I believe Kingborough has a strong future and we can do better. My family is proud to call it home.
But it's clear our Council needs change: fresh thinking, and a focus on the community it serves.
If elected, I will bring a practical, commonsense approach to Council, and respect for ratepayers.
I stand for: better financial management, fairer planning, being a voice for all of Kingborough, projects on-time and on-budget, and getting the basics right for our ratepayers while protecting our natural values and lifestyle.
I’m independent. Self-funded. Not on any ticket.
This place is worth fighting for: the lifestyle, the bush, the community, our way of life.
I'm keen to bring my business background and experience with fresh thinking and common sense to Kingborough Council.

My family and I are proud to call Kingborough home. It's where we live, work, and raise our children.
I live on a hobby farm in Howden with my wife and our two young children where we run a few sheep and grow veggies and flowers.
I'm a qualified marine scientist, served in the Australian Army and I now own a successful freight logistics business, as well as managing carbon sequestration projects.
I'm funding my own campaign - no donations. I'm independent, and have never been in a political party.
And I'm not on any team, or part of any ticket or grouping - I want to be elected on my own merits.
Running businesses has taught me the value of financial discipline, clear decisions, good customer service and delivering on commitments. I believe that those same principles should guide Council.
Ratepayers deserve careful management of public money and leadership that gets things done. Decisions, not delays and a council that works for you, not against you.
Living and working across Kingborough, I have seen firsthand how council processes, planning rules, and day-to-day operations affect residents. I have seen what works and what clearly does not.
I strongly believe our council needs fresh thinking and more focus on the community it serves.
I'm offering a real choice, and a strong voice, for all of Kingborough. So, this October please Vote 1, Will Perry, for Kingborough Councillor and Deputy Mayor.

Council should always remember who it works for. Not the bureaucracy, not special interests - the community. That's the commitment I'm making, and the standard I'll be held to if I'm elected.
Kingborough is a growing community with real challenges. Budget deficits, rate rises above CPI, projects that run late and over budget, residents too often left out of decisions that affect them.
It's clear we need change. I provide a real choice, with a strong voice, for all of Kingborough.
I stand for:

Ratepayers deserve better budgeting, careful management of their money and a council that lives within its means. 20% total rate rises over 3 years is unacceptable.
Planning processes that are clear, consistent, that work for ratepayers and facilitate appropriate development rather than obstructing it.
Protecting what makes Kingborough special: our environment, our community and our way of life, without punishing landowners and with a sensible balance.
Kingston matters – but Kingborough is much bigger than just Kingston. Our regional areas need a fair deal and our smaller towns must not be left out or ignored.
Every capital project delivered as promised, with independent oversight and genuine public accountability.
The ratepayer is the customer and we need better customer service. Listen to the concerns of ratepayers, and respond to them, within reasonable timeframes.
